Veterans Day Holiday

The UCLA Anderson MBA Admissions and Financial Aid Office will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 in observance of U.S. Veterans Day. We will be back at work the following day, Thursday, the 12th at 8 a.m.

Fourth of July Weekend Office Closure

The UCLA Anderson MBA Admissions and Financial Aid Office will be closed this Friday, July 3rd, 2009 in observance of the 4th of July Holiday. Our offices will reopen on Monday, July 6th at 8 AM. We look forward to a well deserved short break and wish you a relaxing great weekend as well.

MBA Admissions & Financial Aid Closed This Friday in Observance of Cesar Chavez Day

UCLA and The Anderson School of Management will be closed Friday, 27 March 09 in honor or civil rights and labor leader, Cesar E. Chavez.

The MBA Admissions & Financial Aid office will resume regular business hours - 8am to 5pm - on Monday, 30 March 09.

Happy Holidays!

MBA Admissions & Financial Aid will be closed for the holidays beginning at 3pm on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2008 through January 1st, 2009.  We will return to regular business hours on Friday, January 2, 2009.

Help on Uploading Transcripts

Some of you have expressed having some difficulty uploading transcripts through our online application.

If you are facing issues with the file size limit, here are some tips that may help:

• reduce the resolution of the scan to reduce the file size of the resultant image (150 dpi ought to be enough)
• break up the scan into multiple scans and upload them in separate fields (there are four upload fields).  Although the upload fields are designated for up to four schools, you may use any unused upload field if you attended fewer than four institutions
• consider scanning in grayscale instead of full color

We have increased the file size capacity from 500KB to 1MB for those of you with larger/more detailed transcripts.

As always, please be sure that the documents you scan are clear and legible.  If you cannot read them, odds are we can't either! Consider sending them to a friend or associate to guarantee their legibility.
